Home-runWe planted Home-run on the top of a hill in Hazel Del. The wickedest, windiest, woeful site imaginable. The rose knocked it out of the park. A great bright red bloom keeps coming all summer. Dark green leathery foliage remains disease free with no sprays. This is our standard for landscapes.Give it a good boost of Growers Special Fertilizer in the spring and watch the blooms pop. Spring pruning to take out any dead wood is easy and will keep your bush looking lively.

Sunrise Sunset - A blended pink - yellow hardy rose that has flower stalks that stand tall in the bed. I have this one and I love it. This is an Easy Elegance rose that carries a two year guarantee.

Yellow Submarine- If we all lived in a yellow submarine I think I'd be lookin to get out and garden somewhere over the rainbow. A great yellow repeat bloomer. Grows 15-18" tall. This is an Easy Elegance rose that carries a two year guarantee.

Carefree Beauty: I had Dr. Buck for a professor at Iowa State University and we all wondered what he was doing with all those roses in the west greenhouse. Now we know. Carefree Beauty is his best pink. It grows a little taller and more upright making it very desirable as a hedge or backdrop. Single blooms resemble a hybrid tea, but this girl has Griff Buck picked genetics that make it a sturdy Iowa Grower. It is truely a carefree beauty. P.S. Carefree Beauty is the parent of the popular knock-out roses.

Maceys Pride I tried a few of these 5 years ago and used them in a residential planting. The next year I was flowerknecking as aposed to rubberknecking or just necking. This regal blooming rose was kissing the front entry of this home and did so all summer. Big white flowers will blow you over. Five years later and it is still there. We chose this one for the Virgin Mary Shrine at Saint Patricks Church.

We do grow a very wide list of roses. All are potted early at out Hazel Del Hollow growing greenhouses. As they get going and as you get planting we bring in a steady supply of beautiful roses. Check out our list click here.
